Only used for 2 weeks, I didn’t feel the scent was strong enough for the scent I use (Frasier Fir) but I’m used to diffusers and in your face strong! It works and is it very good used condition. See photo where some residue is in the chamber where pod wicks will go. Last photo: proof of life! It’s been over a year since I’ve used it, and I plugged it in when listing to make sure it works. It immediately connected to the wifi and you can pair the device to yours using the app. This is a smart device, so with an app you can control the strength of the scent, timing, and it will let you know when the pods are low/need to be replaced.
