Puppy or Cat Halter

Step in style mesh halter with Velcro and clip closure has reflective material around the legs. No size indicated but it is XXS. It fit my 4 pound toy poodle until he reached full size at 6 pounds. Would fit best on an animal measuring 10-12 inches around the chest. It is snug on my 13 inch little guy.
