Punk Rave goth military jeggings lip service hot topic

Amazing pair of punk rave jeggings, new without tag. I wish these fit me but they are definitely not for curvy gals. Labeled a size large but fit more like a small in my opinion. Waist 16.5" across, rise 8", inseam about 31", some stretch but not a lot. See photos for details. Glossy coated material is between jeans and leggings, military buttons, back and front pockets, zipper detailing at ankles. I'm a size 10/12 for reference and these come nowhere near fitting me.
