karent741 @oddity the outside is 8.3" and height is 6.71" the width is 3.16" so overall not a large bag but I was able to fit a good bit inside when I I used it last fall. I do not know the onside dimensions. I do not know how long the strap is either but I'm 5'6" and it was around my hip or a little below. hope this helps!
