Pumpkin patch rain coat

18-24 months according to the tag but this fit my kiddo until she was almost 3. Its a 3 in 1 coat as you can unzip the liner and have a cute floral jacket or a thin rain coat. Or just keep them together for added warmth. Measurements provided in the last 3 photos.
