Puma youth 4.5 women’s 6 silver and yellow sneaker

These are youth 4.5, they would best fit a Women’s size 6. I wear a 6 1/2 and I can fit in them but it does feel a little snug. Please check the pictures for exact condition. This is a used item with lots of love still to give. Some wear.
