Brand new with tags Please see video for flaws It is new with tags but it got dirty in a pallet. I posted video to show the marks on front of shirt only. All most all of my pallet stains are dirt or fabric dye transfer and 75% of the time come off easily in wash. MSRP on Amazon is $132 so my price reflects the marks. Hard to even tell without looking up close with camera. I do believe they will easily come out with some stain stick. My price reflects flaws. 100% cotton 24" p2p but will stretch to 26"
