So please, put in a request for a refund. I don’t ever mean to cheat anyone out of their money. You gave me a 1 star review for something that wasn’t even that big of a deal. I didn’t send you a used or dirty item. It wasn’t damaged.

domout @13karnak It was off 1 shade and the material felt a little different. I understand those things can be frustrating but understand that mistakes happen in this current climate. I have to run to my warehouse and pack items and sometimes they get mixed up, I don’t have employees doing shipping anymore. I’ll be more than happy to refund your money for the mistake.
