Pulse waterproof, breathable Snow Pants

Women's size large, gray snow pants. Three layer soft shell constrction, waterproof and construction, 800mm membrane, stretch function, windproof, thermal fleece lined. Zippered outer leg at hem. Elastic inner cuff. Shell is 89% polyester, 11% spandex. Rise from front crotch seam is 9.5 inches Waist laying flat is 34 inches Hip across backside at mid back pocket is 42 inches Inseam from center crotch to hem is 31 inches. Photos 9 and 10 show some smudges near the inseam on both legs above the knee. Looks like hanger marks. Perhaps it would come out with a good scrub?
