Puffy long sleeve a-line flower short dress

Lightweight short puffy dress has in built under skirt at the bottom of the dress, which makes it stay puffy by itself. The dress is white with pink and purple flowers. This is an Australian brand so sizing is slightly different. It’s a size 16, but I wore it when I was a size 12/14 US. THE WAIST IS ELASTIC SO IT’S VERY COMFORTABLE. THE MATERIAL IS SEE-THROUGH IN THE SLEEVES.
