Puffy Sleeved Knee Length Dress

This dress has never been worn. It's a dull purple ish blue on top, and a navy blue on the bottom. It was originally purchased for a reason, but was ultimately decided against due to weather. This dress is comfortable, and very flattering. It's not stretchy, at all. There is barely any give. It's also true to size.
