Warm, puffy dog vest/sweater. Back is a warm puffy style with polyester fill. Belly is a plain black knit. Tag says 20", which I think is the length. When measured, the girth is 24" and the length from neck to hem is 21". Snaps close at neck and belly. Shell: 100% Polyester Filling: 100% Polyester Lining: 100% Polyester Rib: 98% Polyester, 2% Spandex
