Tag has slight wear.  The Puffkins collection is a series of round stuffed animals which were distributed by Lisle, Illinois-based Swibco. They were first introduced in 1997 as a similar competitor to Beanie Babies. Each Puffkin comes with a tag containing a poem and birthdate, and similar to Beanie Babies, as the toys had new designs introduced and other designs were retired. Although all Puffkins were retired in 2002, Swibco re-introduced the line as Puffkins 2 in 2007 with similar designs.
