Puffed sleeve purple gown, from Jessakae!

Absolutely brand new, never been worn! Got it as a gift and didn’t fit! Seriously the most whimsical dress ever, I wish it fit me! Still has tags on it! Horrible photo haha, only thing is it might need to be steamed!
