FRAME Puff-Sleeve Tie-Neck Stretch-Cotton Mini Dress

FRAME, the tie strings are long enough to either tie at the chest or bring the strings up and tying them behind the neck. I have worn it once for an evening event perhaps a year and a half ago, it’s been in the closet well kept since then. No visible signs of wear, I will steam it before it’s shipped !!!! Runs small, emphasis on mini, it’s shorter than you think and once again runs small in my opinion.
