Puff wrapped sleeve blouse.

This is a BRAND NEW puff wrapped sleeve top. I didn’t like how it looked on me , specially the sleeves. It is cropped so you would have to wear high waisted bottoms with it. Or if you want to style it differently you can. The material is loose. Height: 5’4 Size: normally a 4 or 6/small or medium depending on the top.
