Puff Sleeve Corset Style Green and White Floral Mini Dress

Like New condition puff, cap sleeve dress that can be worn on or off the shoulders. The background is dark green with little white flowers on top. The top has a corset look to it and is more fitted in the chest and flares out from the waist. Super cute and classic. Worn once. Would be super cute with white tennis shoes and could be worn under an oversized Jean jacket to transition seasons.
