Handmade skirt by psychic outlaw. So cute and comfy elastic waistband with ruffle hem detail. Pockets!!! Excellent used condition. No size listed but fits like a 14/16. Waist: 16 in Length: 24 in Waist measured flat but stretches up to 28”. Not labeled with size. Was made for me as size 14.
