Psychedelic 60’s inspired crop tank top. Probably from around Y2K. TheWest Coast Pop Art Experimental Band appears above and within her hair. Back is identical to front without the beading. Phoebe wears a very similar shirt in an early season of Friends. Size says xl, but fits more like a medium or large. No pilling, but has been washed and worn. One loose sequin and a tiny mark bottom front. measurements laying flat chest 19” length shoulder to hem: 19.5”
