Groovy! These shorts are 70's true vintage, ruffled, long shorts with made by the swimwear brand "Beach Party." They are a classic silhouette, with that iconic cute ruffle just over the knee. In a truly eye catching psychedelic floral pattern. Elastic waist, the bow is a faux drawstring tied in the center front. No pockets, but a layer of yellow light cotton lining. Condition: Great!
