Reposhing this item I purchased from @makenziemendels. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. 70s psychedelic maxi skirt in vibrant color pattern. High waist, quilted skirt that feels like a polyester blend. Cotton feeling lining. Black velvet waist band and side covered buttons up the side. no material or size tag but fits like an XS.
