Waist flat across 15” unstretched comfortably stretches to approximately 20”. *please note that there is a lot of fabric in the skirt and that adds weight so pay attention to the waist sizing. I also believe that you could easily add a drawstring for added security. Heavily pleated with multiple designs from paisley to floral to a pop of yellow. Made in Tunisia of traditional Provençal fabric.
