Prophecy black plus sized skirt with ruffle

Gently used long black skirt. Size on tag said XL, but wait and is stretched to 22 inches. Due to this, I almost didn't post, but decided it would be a great skirt for the right person! Polyester with a touch of spandex, this skirt is soft and flows nicely. It has 2 larger ruffles/tiers at the bottom. Approx 30 inches from waist to bottom. Great holiday skirt!
