Proof of claim

Clearly not dust, looks like a foot print on the front of skirt. I’m not sending back BECAUSE I only paid $9 for an item with tags. You sent this item inside out so this clearly did not happen during shipping - I, as the buyer, would be way more mad and send this item back if I had paid closer to tag price. Hoping a dryer cleaner can get it out since I do really like the item
