@selenamolina46 The belt could easily be removed by a seamstress, but it is tacked down, so that it doesn't drift during the course of the day.

@arycerz yes, I purchased it brand new and had it professionally altered. I do not have the white ribbon anymore but it was very simple and could be replaced. I can look for further pictures. if you Google the dress you may find some good ones. I didnt take any waist-up shots.
