Flowy white and blue halter maxi dress. Elastic empire waist, ties at neck and slits on both sides of bottom up to just about the knees. I’m 5’3” size 6/8 and this is just alittle big for me. I have the neck tied about as tight as it can just to shorten the length. Since the ties are adjustable, this could fit a variety of sizes and heights. EUC washed and worn once! Could fit 6-10.
