Tank style A- line Homecoming dress with beaded bodice and truffed tulle skirt. Burgundy color. Xs *Waist side to side measures 13 in. See pic. *Soulder to waist measures 16 in. See pic. * Shoulder strap width measures 2 inch *Waist to end of dress measures 21 inch. This is so fluffy and full that it was a task to measure. Any other measurements, please feel free to ask!
