Prom dress or pageant dress

Beautiful mermaid style dress, size 2 read on tag but was fit down to a size 0 or 00 worn once in high school dance. Measurements shown in pics best I could get. Measurement length measures from chest down, was worn with 5’4.5 inches height person. With heels could be few inches taller and still lay on ground. Could be worn strapless too!!
