Prom dress Rachel Allen

Stunning black and gem Rachel Allen prom dress size 4. Not shortened, I’m 5’5 and wore tall heals but the dress was a little long. I had padding added to the chest so I wouldn’t need a bra. I’m 5’5 and 130 pounds, the dress has a little wiggle room but would also work on a smaller frame.
