Prom Dress with Black Lace Cutouts & Silver Gems on Neck Line/ Shoulders

BRAND NEW! NEVER WORN! Black fitted sleeveless mock neck dress with lace cutouts on the sides, back & middle/chest area. Silver gems along top of shoulders and around neck. Built in padding. Zipper closure on back. This was supposed to be my prom dress but I never got to. From the top of the neck to the bottom of dress it is 56 inches in the front and about 60 inches in the back. I’m 5’5 and was going to wear this with 4 inch heels.
