Prom Dress, new with tags, in BLACK

Floor length formal dress in silk like satin material with offset front slit and spaghetti straps that crisscross in back to tie at waist. Dress was tailored to fit measurements (in inches): Bust 33.5, Waist 26.5, Hip 37.5. Photos of dress in royal blue accurately show style, but the color of the dress being sold is BLACK. Women's size 4. Ordered from Hebeos in spring of 2024, but never worn.
