@everywear123 Hi! I posted more pics + video to show detail. It is made of very soft material, slightly stretchy. Big buttons down the front cover big snaps, very cool. It is vintage— slight discoloration by cuffs, not noticeable unless you are really looking. Sleeves are meant to fall on forearm, not wrist. Stitching details are cute. Please LMK if I can provide further info.

@everywear123 I agree! I laid it flat and re-measured, came out as 17”. I think it’s “smaller” because it’s vintage. Material is stretchy but I understand your hesitation.
