Lightly swatched….never used on eyes. I’m a neutral lover so not sure why I bought this lol. It’s great for colorful and neutral lovers because it’s the best of both worlds. Still has the plastic sheet connected to it. I think it came with a brush but I have no clue where it is so it’s not included
