Bought these when they went out of business and never got to wear them - admittedly by now my heel wearing days are fewer between so I figured it was time to pass these unworn beauties along! New without box, just tried on inside my apartment then stored. Heel is about 4.5 in, size is 8.5 women’s. Gorgeous moving tassel fringe
