Private Collection Style 8596 White Size 16 Wedding Dress

Private Collection/Style 8596/White/Size 16/Wedding Dress. The size is NOT today's 16, it would be more of a 10/12. Never worn other than trying it on when picking up the dress from the bridal store. Zero alterations. Was ordered and received in 2000 so it is 22 years old this October. Now the fun part: it is a 4 piece set. The skirt is a full skirt and does not require a petticoat unless you wish to make it a full ball gown (how I tried it on, it was beautiful), it does have a full train and is built to be bustled but the slits and the buttons have not been created, it only has the ribbon loops. It is heavy! The skirt also comes with a detachable piece as shown which has embroidery and pearls sewn on. All pearls are in excellent condition. The corset top can be open back or has a separate piece to make it closed back per your preference. All rhinestones & pearls are attached and in excellent condition on the corset. As stated, this dress has not been worn other than trying it on at the bridal store. It was specifically ordered for me and is not a sample. Reason why I am selling it: As much as I loved this dress, it is time for me to finally let go of it after 22 years sitting in the back of my closet it is not serving its purpose with me. Should I chose to get married in the future, I realized I will want something that represents me in the current, not in the past. I hope it finds a loving home and fills someone else's dreams.
