Prismacolors Premier 24 count markers double tip

This set was purchased new from a local art store at a discount due to one of the markers having a blemish as pictured. These markers were not used but stored in a dry area. There is minor wear on one side of the carrying case from when it was in a bag with other art supplies. Each marker has been tested.
