Printed, flowy shirt with adjustable straps

I purchased this shirt from JCPenney a couple years ago. It has been in my closet for a long time and it's time for it to find a new home. It has a few imperfections as you can see from the pictures, but that's why I have posted it at a low price. Feel free to ask any questions!
