Beautiful top kind of like a poncho. Under the arm openings, it's sewn all the way down except for belt holes. There are some fraying stings at the top hem. Laid out flat, it's a rectangle, but the "body area" (between belt holes) is about 21". About 24" long. Polyester, spandex.
