Printed Blue Cold-Shoulder dress

This dress is adorable, very easy and lightweight. It has a small patch in the back but it's completely unnoticeable due to the print. Price reflects patch. Worn once. Definitely for a petite girl as the sleeves are a little shorter. I'm 5'2" and the sleeves hit me right at the wrist
