Print Halter Style Abstract Maxi Dress S

Pink/black/white maxi dress with halter style upper. Large plastic buckle in middle of bust. Elastic at back. Light padded cups so no bra is necessary. NOTE: This is a Juniors size M however I had a seamstress shorter the halter strap because it was too long. Never worn-tags still attached. Please see last pic for measurement of halter to make sure it fits from back of neck to under bust after alternation. Halter straps DO NOT tie they are sewn together.
