Princess dress embroidered top and tiered skirt

This is a beautiful dress but it is not beautiful construction. Possibly mostly handmade. Made in India. No materials or size tag. This would be a great Princess costume dress for Halloween. The button bodice is for a decorative look. The skirt is lined. Measurements in pictures. My dress form is a size 4/6. This is probably a size S but please check measurements for the best fit.
