Princess by Vera Wang top

Hardly worn blue printed top from Vera Wang's Princess collection at Kohls. Slight capped sleeves with a front laced tie. Very sheer and would be best paired with a bralette or an undershirt. There are a few loose threads that have been there since I purchased the shirt.
