Princess Elizabeth? Composition Doll 16" Tall Green Eyes Vintage

Vintage 16 tall compo doll. She looks similar to the Madame Alexander Princess Elizabeth doll, but Im not sure if that identification is correct. Jointed at neck, shoulders, and hips. I do not see a makers mark. She has green eyes that do not open/close, and an open mouth with several teeth visible. Good shape with some overall wear from age/handling, as shown. Location:OS
