Princess Diana Queen of Hearts Memorial Porcelain Doll - New

This is the first ever memorial porcelain doll of Princess Diana, issued in 1997. She is registered in the Limited Edition of “Princess Diana”, the year's only authorized collectible in any medium for the Society for The Preservation of History, Inc.* The doll has a Cherrywood stand that reads "In Loving Memory of Princess Diana, Queen of Hearts 1961 - 1997". She is still in original packaging and has never been taken out of the box. She also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. If I remember correctly, I purchased this doll for $200 when it came out because I thought it was the most life-like doll I had seen of Princess Diana. This doll is in pristine condition for anyone who would like to have her. Some day in the future this doll will be an antique and will most likely be worth a lot more than she is today. However, since I am a senior I won't be here long enough for that day to come, lol. Since I moved to a small apartment I no longer have a place to showcase all my dolls so am hoping they will all find new homes where they will be displayed and enjoyed for many years to come. Unfortunately, I never got to showcase Princess Diana because the doll case I had didn't have shelves high enough to accommodate a doll as tall.as she is.
