This is a brand new NWOT Princess Awesome Sleeveless Dress With Pockets in Adult size 24/26 in the discontinued "Ice and Fury" dragons pattern. it is very cute and I bought it and washed it (and hung it to dry!) but I feel it is too short for my liking on my very tall frame. I never wore it out of my bedroom, so it is essentially brand new and unworn. my loss is your gain!
