kokovio @afnbj Hi there, I just took and added a pic to show the warmer working. It is like New, as I only had an opportunity to use it 1x with grandchild. It has 1 rub on the front right as seen in the pic from purchase, so don't know if you would call that pristine. A great item to keep baby comfortable while on the go. Hope that helps 😊
