Primark Red Sweater Dress Size 6-9M

Soft red sweater dress with ruffle neck detailing. Long sleeve with detailed waffle stripe pattern on skirt. It suppose to be a 2pc and come with tights. I purchased because I needed the tights and couldn’t find any at the time. Didn’t use the dress. New with tags.
