Primark Black & White High-Neck Blouse

Super cute top from Primark. It has a great pattern and wonderful design elements. The neck is a high rouched cut and has a button closure. The sleeves flow out and are elastic. It’s got a lot of length which gives you options on how you wear it- fully out, all tucked in or a French tuck. It’s a lightweight material so it isn’t bulky, but it’s not see-through. In perfect condition, I just don’t wear it anymore and would like it to pass it along.
