Prima Donna formal/ prom dress

Beautiful, formal dress. Has been worn 3 times. Strapless, blue dress with a split bottom in the front with a fitted bodice. The top of the dress is scalloped. 2 layers of sheer fabric with a silk lining. Multiple beads and rhinestones. The dress was worn in a beauty pageant and she placed first. The pictures do not give it justice, gorgeous dress. Padding in top
