@aultaa Oh no! Well if its the hexagon itself, its very fixable, since they're made of solid brass. And more than likely, you have all the products you need right there at home!
Just dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt into one-half cup of vinegar, and add flour until the mixture becomes paste-like. Next, just rub it into the brass hexagon, and leave for about 10 minutes. Finally, rinse with warm water and buff dry.

@aultaa Brass is one favorite metals to work with, but unfortunately, the oils in our skin can sometimes cause it to tarnish. The wire itself is only brass plated so you'll have to be cautious not to get any paste on it. Though it shouldn't effect the crystal. If you have any problems, let me know. I still have some hexagons left so I could always craft you another pair and send them with your next order. ;)
